How to order
Any of the items found on the menus below can be ordered for pick up at The Elk Store. For items on the "Daily Menu" please give us 48 hours notice. For items on the "Event Catering" menu please allow at least two weeks. Please note: many of the weekends in the summer are booked 6 months in advance or more. We will try to accommodate any request.

Delivery and setup
All orders can be picked up at The Elk Store or we will deliver to any location in the village of Elk for $25. We will deliver to other locations and the cost will be based on the distance from The Elk Store.
If you would like us to provide paper plates and biodegradable utensils add $50 per 25 people, with enamelware plates and silverware add $150 per 25 people, deposit is required.
Please note: The products that we use in our store and for catering are the highest quality we can find. We do our best to ensure that the meats that we use come from animals that are humanely-raised and vegetables are locally grown and/or organic. We avoid products that include hormones and unnecessary chemical additives. We smoke or BBQ with local oak on our custom smoker trailer that we tow to your site. Whenever possible we buy from local sources.
Staff and Gratuity
For "Daily Menu" items and event catering that we drop off, a gratuity charge of 10% of the cost of the food is added. For "event catering" items, in which we set up and serve and require additional staff on site we will quote you with an event specific price. For set up and serving events we require a 20% gratuity.

Daily Menu
Charcuterie platter for 12-15 people $100
the finest cured meats and local cheeses along with a variety of nuts and dried and fresh fruits
Sandwich platter for 8-12 people ($110 for sandwiches cut in thirds and wrapped up or $150 for sandwiches displayed on a platter)

Event Catering
Seasonal dishes
Paella, cooked on an open fire in our 3' diameter paella pan for 60-75 people. This Spanish meal is quite the production for your guests, and includes local seafood, organic chicken, and locally smoked sausages, vegetables, imported bomba rice, and a beautiful assortment of vegetables. $2100 (note: paella is cooked on an open fire and fire restrictions apply seasonally)

Ice, Ice, baby... In addition to all of our food catering we also offer ice. We sell bagged ice or ice by the scoop. If you need a large amount of ice please contact us ahead of time so we can be sure to meet your ice needs.
